Bad week for hardware

Yesterday my development server's NIC went on the fritz. Fine it wasn't a major deal, just swap it out and load up the new drivers. Still it took a chunk out of my day that I wasn't planning on.

This morning I got into work any my loptop freaked on me. The hard-drive made ugly seeking noises and the damn thing refuses to boot and simply reports a disk I/o error. So, I am somewhat crippled today.

OK, despite the fact that I am almost certainly going to get in trouble for this, here goes...

I'm only doing a top ten, but not in order of preference. This is in alphabetical order. And this is subject to change.
