Not So Long Ago

October 1992. Only geeks have e-mail. No digital cameras. And in this picture, no Wall Centre, no Scotiabank Cinema, and the "Electra" is still the headquarters of BC Hydro and home of the noon whistle and the funkiest damn Christmas tree in town. The Motor Inn across from St. Paul's, however, is unchanging and eternal.
