[Gothic BC] Site updates for January 16, 2014

Here's what's new since the last site update:

• Added a download button to the caption in the full-page image view in the public photo gallery.
• Made icons for the links in the caption box and added more comprehensive help text.
• Added the ability to go directly to the page view of an image from the thumbnail page by shift-clicking on an icon.
• Updated the How do I get a copy of a picture on the website? question in the FAQ.
• Took comfort in the fact that some of the work on last week's update was applicable to my day job and that the work I do here is not completely useless.
